مارکرهای اتوایمیون تیروئیدی در بیماران مبتلا به هیپوتیروئیدی

زمینه و هدف: بیماری اتوایمیون تیروئیدی از شایع ترین اختلالات تیروئیدی در مناطق با دریافت کافی ید می باشد و ارزیابی آنتی بادی های تیروئید پراکسیداز (TPO Ab) و آنتی تیروگلوبولین (TG Ab) و آنتی میکروزومال (TM Ab) در اغلب بیماران هیپوتیروئیدی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. لذا مطالعه حاضر جهت تعیین فراوانی نقش آنتی تیروئید آنتی بادی ها در افراد هیپوتیروئیدی شهرستان سبزوار طراحی و اجرا گردید. مواد و روش ها: این یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی و مقطعی است که در آن 382 نفر از افراد بالای 20 سال با TSH بالاتر از نرمال و T3 و T4 پایین تر از نرمال، به روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. میزان TGAb ,TPOAb ,TSH و TMAb آن ها به روش الیزا اندازه گیری شد. داده ها توسط روش های آماری مجذور کای، تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون به وسیله نرم افزارSPSS 15 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت وP
